FOUNDER

Sulaiman Sesay

Founder & Lead Consultant

Sulaiman Sesay is a strategic human capital advisor and organizational development consultant with expertise in designing structured HR systems that enable organizations to improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and institutional sustainability.

He is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Mind Uplifting HR Consultancy, a firm dedicated to helping organizations implement strategic human resource frameworks that drive measurable results. Sulaiman's work focuses on supporting organizations in transitioning from informal people management practices to structured, performance-driven systems aligned with international standards.

Through his consultancy, he advises organizations on HR strategy, leadership development, talent acquisition frameworks, workforce planning, and performance management systems. His experience includes advisory work with international organizations including Save the Children International and Abimer Construction Company. He also serves as a Board Member for the Center for Management and Entrepreneurship.

His professional experience spans advisory work with corporate organizations, government institutions, and development sector entities seeking to strengthen their human capital strategies and organizational governance. He specializes in developing HR policy frameworks, leadership capacity programs, and workforce productivity systems.

Sulaiman is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at UNICAF University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), alongside a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. His academic background is complemented by professional membership in the Association of Business Executives (UK).

Beyond organizational consulting, Sulaiman is committed to empowering professionals to compete in global labor markets. He provides executive career advisory, leadership coaching, and professional positioning support for individuals pursuing international opportunities.

HR DIRECTOR

Alfred Halim Navo

Human Resource Director

Alfred Halim Navo is a dynamic legal professional and public administrator with a strong commitment to justice, institutional and organizational development, and effective governance.

With a background in law and extensive experience in administration, human resources, and public service, he has built a reputation for strategic leadership, sound legal insight, and a deep dedication to advancing professional excellence.

Alfred has accumulated over a decade of professional experience across the non-governmental and diplomatic sectors, working with internationally recognized organizations such as Camusat, World Vision, Catholic Relief Services, and the Embassy of Ireland in Freetown. He has gained significant experience in organizational management, governance structures, operational administration, and stakeholder coordination within complex institutional environments.

He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Sierra Leone and practices with the law firm Navo & Associates, where he contributes to legal practice with particular interest in governance, labour relations, and institutional accountability.

Alfred is a graduate of the University of London and holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Public Sector Management and Strategic Management respectively from the University of Sierra Leone – Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) and the Cyprus Institute of Marketing. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law at the University of Makeni.

Alfred was awarded Best Graduate at the University of Sierra Leone – IPAM in 2018, and was recognized among the Top 100 Professionals in Sierra Leone for 2024 and 2025 by the African Consulting Group.
